This card was made for my sister-in-law and bro-in-law Pete and Ange for their tenth wedding anniversary which is tomorrow!! I was very excited to be able to use my cuttlebug for a card for the FIRST time and i'm very happy with how it came up.
My lovely husband has advised me that he has bought me four cutting dies from ebay brand new for my new toy. He is just so wonderful and supportive. Thanks Hon!
Anyway back to the card lol - I also embossed the hearts in black embossing powder on the grey cardstock, it was just missing something so I did the white heart as well and I thought that it just went with the embelishments.
I also sponged the edges of the red and the white heart with black ink and added the black grosgrain ribbon.

Hopefully after the regionals tomorrow I will get into creating some new cards to hopefully inspire you all.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE my cuttlebug too! My favorites are the divine swirl and the dots. I use my cuttlebug to die cut too. You can use most of the sizzix die and even some from the SU's catalog, like the top note die. Love the card you made too!!
