A baby Boy Card

Here is one of the cards that we made in class last week - we had so much fun. Some of the girls bought some creativity to the card and added their input and it made this brilliant card. 

I am also doing it for class on Wednesday night - a change of night this week, so if you wanted to come along to class just let me know.

They suggested putting the waves onto dimensionals and putting the white wash by using a cotton bud and adding a little white to the top of the waves. I also used the mat pack to do some piercing on the boat and around the top edge of the Very Vanilla square.

Fifth Avenue - Just Us Girls Challenge No 45

The Bertucci household is in the crafty mood this week! I decided to challenge myself and do a card using the sketch from the girls at Just Us Girls Challenge

This is the sketch for the week (finishes Thursday 9pm)

I am very happy with the finished result - I even tried out a new technique "masking" it was really great to try out.

Helping Hudson - Colour Challenge by Bruno Bertucci!!

It has been a very long time since we have seen this guest stamper on my blog - but, yes, Bruno Bertucci has returned with another INCREDIBLE card.  It makes me sick really. Helping Hudson - Colour Challenge!

I had lots of fun making this card as it was using the Autumn days stamp set which I haven't got to use before. It was nice to put some ink to the new rubber.

I used Crystal effects on the Autumn leaves.

The Last Chance List

Stampin' Up! have released the items from our 2009/2010 Idea Book and Catalogue that will not be available EVER again after the 31st August and it is only while stocks last.

To make room for lots of new goodies in the new catalogue, there's lots of things getting cleared out. Some items are being reconfigured such as the punches which are changing over to the new style so don't panic when you see lots of our favourite punches on the list!

Helping Hudson - Rock and Roll Technique challenge
