My Top Ten Favorite Seasonal Catalogue Items

Today the BRAND new Seasonal catalogue has been launched, it is now live and ready to order from.

I have studied my catalogue very hard, all 40 pages, and also got to have a play of some of the products. I wanted to share my top ten items from the catalogue.

Now if you are doing searches for ideas etc just remember that in America they call this the Spring Mini Catalogue just to save some confusing for you. It is the same catalogue though. I have heard some calling it the making a difference for 25 years catalogue too - as this is the only writing found on the cover. But here in Australia we call it the Seasonal Catalogue.

Add a comment to this post of your favorite item and go in the draw to win a blog prize - a sample of some of the new designer series paper found in the seasonal catalogue as well as other samples for you to see. I will announce some winners (thats right more than one!) on the 10th February.

So here they are -

1. The Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing folder -

Have a look at some of the amazing cards that have been made using this embossing folder -

Mary Fish
Sue Dyas
Heather Summers
Allison Ohran

2. Sweet Threads Simply Sent Kit

I was so excited when I saw this kit and HAD to have it!

Here is my version of this kit - I added a few things and made it my own but still kept it simple - Click here

3. Hearts a Flutter Bundle

This is both the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and the Framelits Dies that come in one pack - you can get them seperately, but in a bundle you save 15%

Here are some gorgeous cards I have seen other demonstrators use this stamp set and framelits on -

4.  The More Amore Specialty Designer Series Paper

This paper is stunnning and goes perfect with the Hearts a Flutter Bundle here are some ideas for using this gorgeous paper.

5. Collage Curios

This is a very tiny set but i am completely in love with it! I want to have a play at so many different designs with this one. Here are some ideas you could try -

Mary Fish (surprise surprise)
Dawn Olchefske scroll down a little to see the card

6.  Rain or Shine

This is a perfect set for nice bright happy colours! Here are some ideas to use with this one -

Heather Klump I thought her use of the heart from the Create a Cupcake set on page 49 was VERY clever. What a sweet card. I don't have create a cupcake, but it will be on my wishlist now!

7. Bitty Butterfly Punch

One of my most favorite cards is using this cute punch - it does fit inside the Elegant Butterfly Punch just as a tip. Here is my favorite card using this stamp set by Sandi MacIver its great to know that this fits the butterfly in the sale-a-bration set Bloomin' Mavelous perfectly.

8. Sunshine and Sprinkles Designer Series Paper

This paper is so cute and happy!! I made a card using this paper here

9.  The Core'ordinations Card Stock
This is really special cardstock and is perfect with the Stampin' Sanding System and a textured embossing folder. You can emboss, and then on the raised side of the embossing run your sanding system over the embossing to reveal a layer beneath that is lighter in colour and makes the card POP! Here is an idea of what I mean - a card made by Liz Miller you can see she used the hexagon embossing folder and then sanded it to reveal the lighter colour on the cardstock. Comes up so nice!

10. Sunshine and Sprinkles Digital Collection Disc

Last but not least they say!

This Dvd has so much to use on it!! Have you tried digital card making or scrapbooking yet?? Why not try it out? I have been having a go and it is so much fun. I thought you wouldn't be as creative but you still need to layout the card right and pick your colours etc. There is still lots of creativity involved but with lots let mess left at the end. lol.
You could also visit my pinterest page as I have made a board called Seasonal Catalogue and Sale-a-bration ideas and that way you can see all of the photos in one place, plus if you click on the picture most of them are linked to the website of the person who made the card. Click on the pinterest p below.

Don't get me  wrong there are more items that I could have added to the list like the new All dressed up bundle, or the Oh Whale! stamp set, the Spring Sampler, or even the swallowtail. But I had to stop at ten!

Thanks for dropping by to see my top ten picks from the catalogue - I am sure your list will be completely different to mine, but thats what makes us all different.

Remember to leave a comment of your favorite item from the seasonal catalogue and there will be random prizes drawn next week.

If you haven't recieved a copy of the current Seasonal catalogue and would like one - click below to register for one.
