Addicted to Clean and Simple Challenge - Keyword: SPLASH

I love Clean and Simple Cards.. Lately I haven't been making many, somehow they are ending up complicated and taking quite a bit of time. So I have mixed it up today and decided to take part in the Addicted to CAS Challenge (Clean and Simple challenge).

The code word for this challenge is SPLASH!

I had so much fun making this card!

I picked up my Bermuda Bay Refil bottle, added it to the aqua painter and away I went!

The sentiment is from the new Happy Notes on page 64. At first glance you think it is a wedding stamp set - but it has this gorgeous Thank you sentiment too.

Very simple but striking colours - you could add more colours if you wanted - I wanted to keep it CAS (Clean and Simple) and just have the one colour.

Tips and Techniques:

There wasn't really a technique - I just held my aqua pen up high and squeezed so that droplets would come out at a rate that created a SPLASH on my card. It was heaps of fun!

I cut out the sentiment using the framelits and then also coloured it in with the Bermuda Bay to tie it all in together. This was adhered with dimensionals.

I added an extra layer of whisper white to accentuate the decorated layer of splashes.

All up a very clean - simple and super FAST card - I can see me making more of these with different colours in the very near future. Would you like to receive one of these cards from me? I love sending cards! Put a comment below and I will pick someone to send a card to how much fun is that?
