Grand Vacation Blog Hop September - Remember to Give Thanks

Thank you for joining our Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop for September! I know that you are excited to see these projects. This months theme is to "Remember to give Thanks" It is a great reminder to think of someone, what they have done for you and to Thank them for it - what a perfect way to show all those things with a lovingly handmade card.

You may be starting from here at my blog - Kylie Bertucci or may have come here from the previous person to me on the list. Please be sure to click the person after me to move along the blog hop. if you get off track at anytime the full line up below will help you move along from blog to blog and be inspired by all these incredible projects.

Here is my card -

I really enjoyed using the Irresistibly yours Specialty Designer Series Paper. Most of you know that I love geometric designs so it was a no brainer that I used this pattern. I then used my aqua painter and used Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay. I love how where it overlaps it creates the new colours of the orange and green.

I am usually not an accessories kind of girl and keep things pretty clean and simple - but I LOVE metallic thread and sequins. They just add something really special to a card. The sentiment embossed in white on black is a real stand out - afterall - this card is all about saying thanks. Feel free to pin this card above to remember some of the products I used to create it.

These colours are so bright and happy - the exude thanks and happiness, when we are saying thanks to someone we sure are happy when we do it. That person has done something special for us and colour is a great way to express how we are feeling.
