Global Design Project #024 | CASEing Michelle Last

Can you believe that we reached 125 participants last week over the Global Design Project?? WOW! What an exciting challenge to be part of. I love the design team and it feels like each week it just keeps getting better and better.

This week we are CASEing Michelle Last. Michelle is such a beautiful, talented and amazing person. She is very successful with Stampin' Up! and you can see why - she just has one of those personalities that you want to love. Here is her card we are getting inspiration from. You can Click here to go over to the Global Design Project.

I took a few elements from her card - one of them was the English Garden Designer Series Paper. It was great to pull that out. I actually ended up being so inspired I made two cards based on Michelle's!

I also loved the script font and used the beautiful sentiment from the First Sight Stamp set. I embossed this on the Sahara Sand.

I used the Rose Garden Thinlits cut out the flower from the panel and then added it back in. I love the effect that it has created. Behind I added a panel that has watercolouring. In this one above I used Melon Mambo and below is Blushing Bride.

I used the First Sight stamp set for the sentiment and the Rose Garden Thinlits dies for this card. I love them both by themselves. But, I love them even more combined.

Thank you for coming and having a look. Are you a Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator? If you would like an opportunity to have some fun and be highlighted on my blog next month. Click here to find out more.

Remember to head over to the Global Design Project Challenge blog - I hope that you play along with us this week!

  8. Beautiful, Kylie. I love the dimension you've created using the negative of the die cut. And what can I say about the watercolor? So pretty. This is popping ideas all up in my head.
