Pals Paper Arts Colour Challenge by Katy McGloin

I don't normally jump at a colour challenge but I knew I wanted to play along with this one as soon as I saw it. Not because they are colours that I use, but the opposite. I love it when a colour challenge pushes me to try something new and put colours together that I normally wouldn't try.

These were created by the Pals team member Katy McGloin -
Here are the colours that she came up with for the Pals Paper Art Challenge

Here is the card that I created -

Have you had a look at the new embossing folders in this years Stampin' Up!® Catalogue? There are some gorgeous new ones to collect - this Seaside Embossing folder is one of them.

I used the new May Flowers Thinlits Die to create the stunning flower and layered it in both Sahara Sand and the Sweet Sugarplum. The sentiment is from the new Designer Tin of cards stamp set. Perfect for the amount of space that I had remaining and also allows that stunning flower thinlit to be the star.

Thank you for all your support you have been giving me! I adore all your wonderful comments on my blog. Every one of them really touch my heart. If you are a Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator and would like to have a look at my new Demonstrator training page I would be thrilled if you could like it. I will be having live videos on there that will help us to get more out of our Stampin' Up!® hobby! Click Here to check it out.

Also if you live in Australia I would love to help you out and be your demonstrator of choice. I have lots of exciting rewards and benefits for my customers. One of them is a gift and handmade card every month that you order.

I am currently offering the brand new Designer Series Paper shares and there are only four spots left and the current share is filled up! So don't delay and register for the shares today. CLICK HERE.

  1. Ohhhh, Kylie! What a great card for the color challenge. Love the Sweet Sugarplum flower against the embossed Island Indigo and especially since it has a shadow of Sahara Sand. Bold designs suit you! Thanks so much for playing along with my color challenge this week (and for being the first to do so)!!
