VIDEO | Truly Tailored Bundle | To a Classy Kind of Guy

Hi There! Its Bruno taking over Kylies blog again today.

I hope you are all well. I have a quick project to share with you today - its using the Truly Tailored Suite of products.

I started with a Night of Navy card base. Over the top of this, I mounted a piece of paper from the True Gentleman DSP Pack. I cut a piece of Whisper White which was the base of the sentiment. I cut five strips of card stock the same width as the white base and stuck these down and then stuck this down to the card base.

Next, I used the Stamparatus and stamped the sentiment in Crumb Cake. I then cleaned the stamp without removing it from the Stamparatus. Next, I coloured the comb using a Tranquil Tide. I did this a few times to make the comb darker. Again, I cleaned the stamp without removing it. Finally, I followed the same technique but with a Night of Navy marker for the CLASSY part of the stamp.

This is such a cool way to stamp different parts of the stamp in different colours.

Finally, I mounted the sentiment onto the card base with a strip of the Corduroy Ribbon (that stuff is SUPER cool).

What do you think? Can you think of some other stamp sets that would work with this layout?

You know, I loved making this card so much that I made a video demonstration. And, if you watch to the end, you can see an alternative version of the card (a female version). Enjoy!
