Hello everyone and thanks so much for stopping by today.

Im so excited to share todays project with you because I am using a colour combo I have never used before! It includes a brand new colour SOFT SEA FOAM. Here are the colours together;

And, here is the project

This was such a fun project. I tried some new techniques on this card too.....

STAMPING

For the stamping, I used the same leaf image repetitively. I started with a piece of Whisper White 9.7 x 14. Using the Stamparatus, I used the 'Hinge-Step' technique and this ensured that the spacing is perfect. Can I just say - I LOVE THE STAMPARATUS!!!!

BIG SHOT

I cut out the leaves using the leaf framelits. In the Natures Roots framelit collection, there are some pieces that are EMBOSS ONLY. You might not have noticed the new embossing mats in the catalogue, so click here to see them in my online store.

I cut the pieces of Old Olive and Vellum first using the framelits. Then for the pieces in Old Olive, I used the new embossing mats and added the beautiful embossing image to them. WOW! I love these and I know you will love them too! I added these to the piece of Whisper White using dimensionals.

SENTIMENT

I love the font used on this stamp set. I tried a few different colours but settled on Copper Emboss on Soft Sea Foam. And, as I used Copper Emboss, I used some of the copper trim to the card.

I added this to a Soft Sea Foam card base using dimensionals. I love how this card turned out - what do you think?
