Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with Special Guest Allison Solven

Thank you for joining us for another fantastic Crazy Crafters Blog hop. Boy do we have a treat for you today. We are hopping with the wonderful Alison Solven who I got to spend some time with on our last Stampin' Up!® holiday to Alaska. Alison is a super talented Stamper from Canada.

We will all be casing a card of Alison's today and this is the card of Alisons that I chose to case.

I decided to highlight the Blended Seasons Bundle as it will be gone before we know it. I really like how quickly this project was to make. The elements from Alisons card that inspired mine was the layout - and adding the layers with the patterned design in the background.

I love the colour palette on this project. Here are the colours I used;
I used the leaves stamp in each of the four colours randomly across the Thick Whisper White card stock. I cut this out to allow a 3mm border around the edge and mounted using dimensionals on a Thick Whisper White card base.

I stamped the sentiment using So Saffron and added some Mango Melody on one side and Crushed Curry on the other side. I cut out the sentiment using the smallest framelit in the Stitched Seasons Framelit kit. This set of framelits is so versatile. I mounted this on the card using dimensionals.

I also cut out leaves in each of the colours as well and stuck them down. Im so happy with how this card turned out.

Remember, this bundle is limited time only, so if you haven't already bought it, get it now.

Thanks for joining the Crazy Crafters team today! We love having you hop along with us and hopefully find LOTS of inspiration from this incredibly talented team. 6. Kylie, I love it. Your case of Alison's card, made me sit back and say WOW loud. The Interpretation was not what I expected, even though I didn't know what to expect, (but you have been throwing some really girly cards lately lol).I would not think to colour with that amount of shades for a high monochromatic effect.
    Your card is amazing and now has my mind thinking a little more out of the square.
    I think I am with the rest of demonstrators when I say this. I am going to miss this Bundle.
