VIDEO - Facebook Live Recording | White Velvet Paper

I had so much fun yesterday playing with the brand new White Velvet Paper. This paper is so LUX! It is gorgeous and you won't be able to stop touching it. This paper is available to Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators now and to customers on the 1st November 2018.

It is very different to any other paper that I have inked up and so I thought I would have a play LIVE. I got lots of great tips from the comments too which was great. We can all learn together.

Here is my live video in case you missed it -

These are the two that I made during the live video - the colours were very bold.

Both Jessie & Bruno said that they didn't like this first card. I could feel my insecurities coming up right away and then reminded myself that even if people don't like your creations - KEEP sharing! The comments made me second guess, I thought - Are they good enough for my blog? What if others don't like it??

I reminded myself that being insecure about sharing your creative work at times, is normal. Even for someone like me that creates at least four projects a week. I remind myself that not everyone will like it - and that is OK! People are entitled to have opinions as I have them too. And there are techniques and other things that we can learn from our projects.

Do you put too much weight on what others think about your creativity? Does it hold you back from sharing more? I understand those feelings. But - Keep SHARING! No matter what. Your confidence will grow!

This is the effect from dropping the colours on and using the aqua painter to smoosh it all around. So much fun! I really hope that you give it a try.

Thanks so much for coming by my blog today and checking out my projects and hopefully my Facebook Live recording. I love your support and comments. Please follow my blog by email if you aren't already. You can sign up HERE.
